Patients should request refills at the time of their appointment. If an appointment is not scheduled, please request refills to your pharmacy.
We make every attempt possible to approve refills within 2 business days. Please make sure you always have enough medication to last 1 week before your next refill.
Prior authorizations are at the discretion of your insurance company. If a prior authorization is required your pharmacy will contact us. This process may delay the time to refill.
Note: We do not refill medication requests called in after regular business hours nor on the weekends.
Note, we are not on all Medicare medical plans and therefore this may make you responsible for those costs that this plan may not have covered.
We accept most major types of insurance. Please call us
and we can verify if we accept your insurance plan and network status.
Medicare patients: depending on your plan(s), Medicare may pay for all or part of your treatment. Please present every insurance plan you are covered with so that we may file all possible parties.
